12月15日，大睿生物（Rona Therapeutics）发布消息称，其针对INHBE靶点的GalNAc偶联siRNA药物RN3161，在治疗肥胖的首次人体I期临床试验中，第一队列已于近日完成给药。该队列初步数据显示安全性与耐受性良好，标志着公司INHBE项目达成首个临床里程碑。其余队列预计将于2026年完成。
