有的鸡蛋壳自带“斑点”，比如褐色小点，其实是母鸡输卵管“画”的天然花纹——就像人脸上的雀斑，纯属天生，不影响内在。如果“斑点”摸着粗糙、鼓起来，可能是母鸡下蛋时“走神了”——蛋壳形成时混了点灰尘或羽毛，属于“小失误”，剥开看看，蛋液清澈就没事。但注意：如果“斑点”带白毛、发绿，还透着霉味，这是鸡蛋“发霉”了，赶紧丢！
