12月15日， @上游新闻 记者多方求证得知，11月21日，湖北省十堰市郧西县一公司三名员工聚餐饮酒后甲醇中毒。
目前，一人已宣告死亡，另一人宣告脑死亡，一人仍在抢救。他们是加班完后聚餐，公司负责人称，是从食堂拿的酒，到公司外饺子馆聚餐，酒里有甲醇。 （上游新闻）
