北京时间12月14日，萨克拉门托国王官方宣布，球队中锋尤班克斯接受了核磁共振检查（MRI），结果显示其左手拇指出现撕脱性骨折。这次受伤发生在此前对阵丹佛掘金的比赛中，当时首节比赛还剩3分8秒。
尤班克斯将被列为缺阵状态，并将在三周后接受重新评估。
本赛季，尤班克斯共代表国王出战25场比赛，在场均14.4分钟的出场时间里，可以得到5.3分2.8篮板。
