据央视新闻消息，当地时间12月13日，柬埔寨首相洪玛奈在社交媒体发文称，柬埔寨欢迎并支持马来西亚总理安瓦尔提出的今晚停火的提议，由东盟观察员团进行监督，美国也将参与。
马来西亚总理安瓦尔当天稍早时表示，敦促柬泰双方保持最大克制，停止一切敌对行动，并自13日22时起避免任何进一步军事行动。（总台记者 付新日）
