12月12日，新疆乌鲁木齐市达坂城区乌拉泊路段遭遇10级大风，引发“风吹雪”恶劣天气，辖区上下高速路段多辆汽车被困。乌拉泊街道派出所民警闻讯后第一时间赶往现场，冒寒风清理积雪，转移被困人员。
