12月12日，国家市场监督管理总局就《汽车行业价格行为合规指南（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见。
其中提到通过“以好充次”“变相降价”“采取折扣、补贴等优惠手段”“非对等物资串换”“以物抵债”“多发货少开票不开票”等方法手段，使得实际销售价格低于进货成本的行为存在重大法律风险。
