格隆汇12月12日丨中远海能(600026.SH)公布，2025年12月12日，本公司及附属公司（作为买方）分别与关联方中远海运重工附属船厂（作为卖方）签订十九艘船舶的建造合同，含税合同船价总额为人民币78.8198亿元。为进一步提升能源供应链韧性与安全保障能力、优化公司船队结构与市场竞争力，本集团拟开展多船型清洁燃料船舶的投资建造。
