据报道，日本半导体厂商Rapidus据悉将获得20多家企业投资。除本田、佳能和京瓷等之外，千叶银行等也将加入股东行列。预计索尼集团等现有股东也将追加出资。股东达到约30家企业，Rapidus将完成2025年度获得1300亿日元民间投资的目标。
