顺泰控股（01335）发布公告，董事会宣布于2025年12月11日，通过一系列在公开市场进行的交易，合共购买14万个单元的Filecoin，收购事项的总代价约为20万美元（相当于约160万港元）。
至本公告日期，公司合共收购的Filecoin数量达到106万个单元，总代价为1809万港元。
