财联社12月11日电，欧盟就加强对外商直接投资审查达成初步协议。周四达成的协议将赋予欧盟更多权力，可对影响公共秩序和安全的外国投资进行审查和干预。该协议还将为审查此类投资设定欧盟基本标准，目前尚无此类标准。
