12月11日，广联达（002410）发布公告，控股股东刁志中将其持有的840万股股份于2025年12月10日解除质押，占其所持股份的3.29%及公司总股本的0.51%。
截至公告披露日，刁志中累计质押股份为5165万股，占其所持股份的20.25%及公司总股本的3.13%。
2025年前三季度，广联达实现收入42.94亿元，归母净利润3.11亿元。
