Workplace Creations designed Forvis Mazars’ 4th-floor office in London to balance familiarity and uniqueness. Covering 15,000 sq ft, it extends the existing workspace while having its own identity. The design blends brand consistency with vibrant elements, creating spaces that encourage collaboration and connection, making it not just a workplace but a destination where employees want to be.

Workplace Creations 为 Forvis Mazars 设计的伦敦四楼办公室，在熟悉感与独特性间找到了平衡。这片 1.5 万平方英尺的空间既是现有办公区的延伸，又拥有专属个性。设计将品牌一致性与活力元素相融，打造出鼓励协作与交流的空间，使其不只是办公场所，更成为员工愿意前往的 “目的地”。

Forvis Mazars’ core demand was clear: the new floor should feel seamless with existing spaces yet stand out. It needed extra desks and a reason for employees to choose it. The team from Workplace Creations took this as a starting point, drawing inspiration from the brand’s established design language. They avoided making the space just a “copy” but injected new personality, aiming to strike a balance between consistency and freshness.

Forvis Mazars 的核心需求很明确：新楼层既要与现有空间无缝衔接，又要具备辨识度。它需要容纳更多工位，更要成为员工主动选择的楼层。Workplace Creations 团队以此为出发点，从品牌既有设计语言中汲取灵感，没有将空间打造成简单的 “复刻品”，而是注入全新个性，力求在一致性与新鲜感间找到平衡点。

To meet this goal, two key feature zones were created: the Games Area and the Garden Room. The Garden Room, with soft planting and open layout, becomes an informal hub for collaboration—sunlight filters in, and the scent of greenery eases work stress, making conversations more relaxed. The Games Area, by contrast, is energetic; the sound of laughter here lets colleagues reset, returning to work with renewed focus.

为实现这一目标，设计打造了两个核心特色区域：游戏区与花园房。花园房以柔和的绿植搭配开阔布局，成为非正式协作 hub—— 阳光透过缝隙洒落，草木香气缓解工作紧绷感，让交流更显轻松。与之相反，游戏区充满活力，这里的欢声笑语能让同事们短暂 “充电”，以更专注的状态回到工作中。

Material and color choices deepen this balance. Warm wood and tonal palettes mirror other floors, maintaining brand familiarity. But abstract wallpaper adds playful patterns, and integrated biophilia brings nature indoors—these details break monotony. Even small elements like bespoke joinery and feature lighting are precise, ensuring the space feels both practical for daily work and inspiring to boost mood.

材质与色彩的选择进一步深化了这种平衡。温暖的木材与和谐色调延续了其他楼层的设计，守住品牌熟悉感；但抽象壁纸增添了趣味图案，嵌入式绿植将自然引入室内 —— 这些细节打破了办公空间的单调。就连定制细木工、特色灯具等小元素都经过精准考量，让空间既满足日常办公的实用性，又能以设计感调动情绪。

The final space exceeds functional needs. It eases pressure on other office areas while enriching employee experience—there are spots for focused work, meetings, chats, and socializing. For an employee who works here daily, the Garden Room might be where they brainstorm with teammates, and the Games Area where they unwind after a busy meeting. This blend of function and emotion turns the floor into a driver of workplace culture and wellbeing.

最终呈现的空间远超功能需求。它缓解了其他办公区域的压力，更丰富了员工体验 —— 既有专注工作的角落，也有适合会议、闲聊与社交的场所。对每天在此办公的员工而言，花园房可能是与团队头脑风暴的地方，游戏区则是忙碌会议后放松的港湾。这种功能与情感的融合，让这片楼层成为推动职场文化与员工幸福感的重要力量。
