近日，中国与菲律宾两国在国际刑警组织框架下开展执法合作，成功拦截并遣返涉嫌职务犯罪的重要红通人员郝某，其涉案金额高达约9.7亿元人民币。这是中菲执法合作取得的又一积极进展。
