据《印度教徒报》报道，印度将在2025年10月大幅削减从俄罗斯的石油进口，降幅之大创下历史纪录。
官方数据显示：
- 进口金额较去年同期骤降 38%
- 进口量同比减少 31%
印度商工部公布的最新数据表明，印度将在 2025 年 10 月从俄罗斯进口原油 35.5 亿美元，相比 2024 年 10 月创下的 58 亿美元历史高点大幅缩减。这也是印度迄今为止 对俄石油进口金额单月最大降幅。
这次急速下滑的主要原因包括：
- 去年同期基数异常高
- 印度整体石油进口量明显下降
