近日，玛氏于官网发文宣布，玛氏收购Kellanova的交易已获得欧盟委员会无条件批准。至此，该项交易的所需监管审批与许可均已到位。双方预计在2025年12月11日完成待定交易，待定交易完成后，Kellanova旗下包括Pringles®, Cheez-It®等品牌在内的零食业务将并入玛氏现有零食版图，玛氏预计公司合并后的零食业务年收入将达约360亿美元。
