中央气象台12月9日18时发布预报，12月10日至13日，寒潮将自西向东影响我国，大部地区气温将先后下降6～10℃。12月9日20时至10日20时，吉林东部有小到中雪或雨夹雪，其中，吉林东南部部分地区有大到暴雪（10～18毫米）。
