12月9日金融一线消息，北京银行今日发布公告称，该行董事会收到首席财务官曹卓的辞职函。曹卓因个人原因，向该行董事会提请辞去首席财务官职务，上述辞任自 2025 年 12 月 8 日起生效。
北京银行表示：“本行董事会对曹卓先生在担任首席财务官期间为本行做出的贡献表示感谢。”
