新京报贝壳财经讯（记者程子姣）12月9日，京东方面回应新京报贝壳财经记者称，“随心囤”短暂出现了系统故障，在快速修复系统故障期间，许多用户主动退回了优惠券，京东将联系致谢这些用户，并送上心意。因平台责任已出餐的商家，平台也将承担全部损失。
