12月9日，复旦大学管理学院发布讣告：复旦大学管理学院副院长、管理科学系副教授殷志文同志因病医治无效，于2025年12月8日10时18分在医院逝世，享年58岁。

复旦大学管理学院官网显示，殷志文学士、硕士、博士均就读于复旦大学。其研究方向为：运筹学的理论与应用，作业计划安排和配送路线调度。2013年1月，殷志文获得上海市级教学成果奖一等奖。
