赵孟頫一生题跋甚多，以行书为主。元至大三年（公元1310年），57岁赵孟頫作跋《神龙兰亭序》，纵24.5cm，纸本，现藏于故宫博物院藏。
释文：
定武旧帖在人间者如晨星矣，此又落落若启明者耶。元贞元年（1295）夏六月，仆将归吴兴，叔亮内翰以此卷求是正，为鉴定如右。甲寅日甲寅人赵孟頫。
