格隆汇12月8日｜道达尔能源宣布达成协议，将其上游业务与NEO NEXT合并，新公司NEO NEXT+将成为英国最大独立油气生产商，到2026年日产量将超过25万桶油当量。道达尔能源将持有NEO NEXT+的47.5%股份。预计这笔交易将于2026年上半年完成。
