近日，北京朝阳法院马航MH370航班，部分失联乘客家属索赔案一审宣判。此次宣判涉及8名乘客，他们都已依法完成宣告死亡程序。每案合计赔偿290多万元。
11年前的3月8日，马航MH370航班失联，第二年马来西亚政府正式宣布航班失事，并推定239人遇难。2016年起，75名失联乘客家属陆续起诉，形成78 件案件，其中47件经调解撤诉，其余31件案件，除了今天宣判的8件外，还有23件案件，由于乘客家属没有申请，或者没有完成宣告乘客死亡程序，仍在审理中。
