财联社12月8日电，据央视新闻，当地时间12月8日，欧盟理事会正式通过了“欧洲防务工业计划”。该计划旨在加强欧盟的防务工业，促进欧洲联合防务采购，提升防务制造能力，并加大对乌克兰的支持力度。依据协议，2025年至2027年间，“欧洲防务工业计划”将获得首批拨款15亿欧元，用于扩大防务生产能力、联合采购军备、发展供应链等。
