12月8日，赛腾股份（603283）发布公告，股东曾慧将其持有的520万股股份办理质押，占其持股比例的9.97%及公司总股本的1.92%，本次质押用于置换前期质押融资。
截至公告披露日，曾慧累计质押股份为2475万股，占其直接持股的47.44%及公司总股本的9.13%。
2025年前三季度，赛腾股份实现收入25.35亿元，归母净利润4.01亿元。
