当地时间12月5日，乌克兰国家电力公司发布紧急通报称，俄罗斯军队当天凌晨对乌境内能源基础设施发动袭击，造成关键设备严重损坏，导致多个地区电力供应中断。
通报称，目前，哈尔科夫州、苏梅州、波尔塔瓦州、第聂伯罗彼得罗夫斯克州和基洛沃格勒州等部分区域已正式进入紧急停电状态，电力部门正全力开展抢修工作。
