据成都发布，日前，有网友称其在双流机场路近都段骑自行车逆行被抓，逆行信息还被上传至“交管12123”App。据成都市公安局交通管理局，行人、非机动车、机动车在参与公共交通过程中，都应当遵守相应的交通规则，否则将会被执勤交警依法进行登记警告或处罚，相应的记录也会同步至“交管12123”App中。（东方视频 俞霖）
