外媒报道称，部分国产第三方E卡口镜头在新发布的索尼α7V上无法正常工作。索尼对此的官方回应如下：“我们不保证与第三方产品的兼容性”。
对于E卡口来说，卡口是开放的。有可能α7V的固件尚未最终确定，或者镜头厂商需要更新固件以实现完全兼容。
