大有能源12月4日公告称，董事赵光明因公司治理结构调整申请辞去公司董事及战略委员会委员职务，其辞职不会导致公司董事会人数低于法定最低人数，不影响公司董事会正常运作。同时，公司工会三届职工代表和工会会员代表大会第八次代表团（组）长联席会议选举邵锋为公司第九届董事会职工董事。
