太钢不锈12月3日公告，公司2025年12月3日召开了公司第九届董事会第三十八次会议，审议通过了《关于与太钢集团签署的议案》，拟由控股股东太钢集团为公司供应生产所需的精矿粉、球团等原、辅料。公司预计2026年《原、辅料供应框架协议》将产生关联交易金额约为人民币92亿元，上述金额超过了公司最近一期经审计净资产的5%。
