格隆汇12月3日丨大山教育(09986.HK)公告，内容有关收购Spark Media International合共52%股权。公司欣然宣布，买卖协议(经补充协议修订及补充)项下的所有先决条件已获达成，且已根据买卖协议的条款于2025年12月1日完成。据此，目标公司全部股权由公司持有52.0%、卖方A持有18.8%及卖方B持有29.2%。
