北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）北京市住建委官网数据显示，12月2日北京新房网签235套，网签面积16174.91平方米，其中住宅网签124套，网签面积12588.29平方米；二手房网签522套，网签面积45755.05平方米，其中住宅网签452套，网签面积40756.84平方米。
