据路透社报道，欧洲稳定币联盟的首席执行官将由曾在德国 Coinbase 工作的 Jan-Oliver Sell 担任，ING 数字资产负责人 Floris Lugt 将担任首席财务官，前英国国民威斯敏斯特银行董事长 Howard Davies 将担任董事长。此前，ING、Banca Sella、KBC、Danske Bank、DekaBank、UniCredit、SEB、CaixaBank 及 Raiffeisen Bank International 等九家欧洲主要银行于今年 9 月宣布联合推出受 MiCA 监管的欧元稳定币项目，旨在对抗美国在数字支付领域的主导地位。
