近日，有网友称12306购票选座界面A、F座两侧的“窗”字没了，而是变为“两堵墙”。对此，工作人员回应称，最近对于购票选座界面进行了优化调整，A、F座两侧并不是“墙”而是将“窗”字改为一道竖线。
