人民财讯12月2日电，万和电气(002543)12月2日公告，公司收到间接控股股东万和集团出具的告知函，其减持股份计划已到期，万和集团未实施任何减持行为。
此前，万和集团计划通过集中竞价交易方式，减持公司股份不超过741.51万股，即不超过公司总股本的1%。
