12月2日，海安集团（001233）发布公告，因公司治理结构调整，黄振华申请辞去公司董事及董事会战略委员会委员职务，辞任后仍担任公司副总经理职务，黄振华原定任期至2027年4月24日。
截至本公告披露日，黄振华通过仙游县明道投资合伙企业（有限合伙）间接持有公司股份50万股。
