据央视网12月2日消息：日本将部分防卫费用投入所谓“安全韧性”建设，比如研发“万能型血浆”、制定细化至所谓“战俘处理”的战时法律，改造民用港口为“军民两用”等等。
国际问题专家卢昊指出，其实日本军事准备正在走向深度化、实战化，它确实是将所谓“台海有事”，当做可能随时发生的一件事，在做周密细致的准备。
