截至12月1日，香港警方以“误杀”罪拘捕15人，分别为14男1女，年龄介乎40岁至77岁，他们分别是宏福苑维修工程的工程公司、棚架和外墙维修的有关公司人员。不排除稍后有更多人被捕。
