12月2日，亚马逊云科技在2025 re:Invent全球大会上，宣布Amazon Connect推出多项Agentic AI（代理式人工智能）新功能，覆盖四大领域：可在语音与数字渠道自主执行操作的自动化AI Agent；可与客服代表协同工作的实时AI辅助；支持主动互动的预测性客户洞察；以及用于监控、测试与评估AI性能的全方位可观测性工具。此外，亚马逊云科技在 Amazon Transform中引入全新的Agent功能，以推进代码与应用现代化。（澎湃新闻记者 胡含嫣）
