12月1日晚间，探路者发布公告称，公司拟收购深圳贝特莱电子科技股份有限公司（简称“贝特莱”）51%的股权、拟收购上海通途半导体科技有限公司（简称“通途”）51%的股权。两笔收购均以现金方式进行支付，总对价合计约6.8亿元。收购完成后，贝特莱及通途将成为探路者控股子公司。
