12月1日，山西银行发布关于行长变更的公告，经该行第一届董事会2025年第二次临时会议审议通过，李颖耀因工作需要，另有任用，不再担任该行行长。
山西银行董事会聘任邢毅为该行行长，行长任职资格尚待监管机构核准，在行长任职资格获得监管机构核准前，由邢毅代为履行行长职责。
