据央视新闻消息，总台记者当地时间12月1日获悉，根据俄罗斯总统普京当天签署的命令，中国公民至2026年9月14日（含14日）前可免签证以旅游和商务目的前往俄罗斯。免签天数为30天。（总台记者 王德禄）
