财联社12月1日电，据上海链家今日公布的数据，今年11月上海二手房共成交22943套，创今年5月以来的成交套数新高；这一成交量较10月的18493套环比增长约24%。从成交结构来看，刚需低总价房源为成交主力，11月上海二手房市场刚需化特征突出，总价300万元以下的二手成交占比高达60%。（财联社记者 王海春）
