12月1日，据报道，根据最新安排，在大中华区市场，惠氏营养品业务和雀巢婴儿营养品业务计划合并，并于2026年1月1日正式成立雀巢营养品业务，谢国耀（Joel Seah）将成为该业务的负责人。据《每日经济新闻》记者向雀巢中国方面求证，此消息属实。2012年，雀巢收购了辉瑞旗下惠氏营养品，如今时隔13年，雀巢和惠氏的婴幼儿营养品业务在中国市场迎来合并。
