农业农村部最新农情调度显示，目前我国冬小麦、冬油菜播种已基本结束，田间管理正有序展开。目前，农业农村部已组织12个技术指导组分赴重点省份生产一线，同时发布小麦油菜冬前管理、防冻害、病虫草害防控等系列技术意见，多层次指导各地加强苗期管理，确保安全越冬。（央视新闻）
