香港红十字会今日（30日）表示，截至昨日已为超过1000人次提供心理支援服务，因应社区需求持续上升，今日起至明年1月24日，提供每日24小时、每周7天无间断运作的心理支援热线，服务对象包括受火灾影响的大埔居民及有需要的市民。
红十字会同步开设消防处专属的心理支援热线，同样从11月30日起至明年1月24日，提供全天候服务。
