【中国巨石：振石集团拟5.5亿元—11亿元增持公司股份】财联社11月28日电，中国巨石(600176.SH)公告称，持股16.88%的股东振石控股集团有限公司（简称“振石集团”）计划以自有及专项贷款资金增持公司股份，增持总金额不低于5.5亿元，不超过11亿元。本次增持计划将择机逐步实施增持计划。
