据上铁集团消息，11月28日，张家港北站货场正式投入运营。张家港北站货场总占地面积约12.3万平方米，配备2条总长超过1000米的货物到发线及配套装卸设备，设计年到发货物能力约300万吨，可承接钢材、粮食、建材、农副产品等多品类货物运输需求。
