11月28日起，美团旗下外卖平台Keeta联合餐饮连锁品牌袁记云饺捐赠3000份免费现制热食，并将连续三天支援大埔多个安置点的午餐及晚餐供应。免费餐食以饺子和云吞为主，方便受困居民食用，每餐均由Keeta进行配送，并由Keeta员工志愿者现场协助派发。
