财联社11月28日电，11月28日，南京有2宗宅地出让，总成交金额8.59亿元。其中，江宁区地块由滁州昌云房地产开发有限公司（安徽国信建设集团）以总价5.4亿元竞得，成交楼面价5037元/㎡，溢价率23.57%；浦口区地块由南京芯源房地产开发有限公司（浦口经开）以底价3.19亿元拿下，成交楼面价6047元/㎡。
